“This was our 2nd time to see miss Amber in her massage studio, she’s so sweet and listens, she’s very professional and helpful. Also very respectful and knowledgeable. Very passionate about her work. We love her! Will definitely continue to see her for our needs. Prices are excellent as well! I highly recommend! This wonderful place is called Wellness Head Quarters, located INSIDE the acupuncture building.”

“Very highly recommend Dr Chapa and his staff. I came in almost 4 months ago, experiencing between 15-20 migraine days per month. A year of working with a neurologist had gotten the pain somewhat manageable, but the associated symptoms, heavy medications and life disruption was untenable. Dr Chapa began aggressive treatment including frequent acupuncture, dietary/lifestyle changes, a cleanse and herbs. I followed his recommendations closely and can say that it has made a huge difference! As of today, I am 60 days migraine free and feeling better than I have in a long time. I am still under his care, and am so thankful to have found someone with the knowledge and insight to help me heal.”

“Dr. Chapa was heaven sent, he’s such an amazing doctor that actually listens to you. He’s patient and takes time to listen to your needs. He told me I would get better before Thanksgiving, and in 2 weeks I felt 75% better than when I walked in. I have lupus & fibromyalgia in which I am no longer taking prescription medication and only taking the herbs Dr. Chapa suggested. I wish I had gone to him a lot sooner, but I’m happy I did. I highly recommend him and his entire staff to make you feel better.”

“I do not like businesses that do not do their due diligence in contacting potential customers and responding to inquiries. I’ve been calling to schedule an appointment since FEBRUARY because my partner purchased me Groupon for Valentines Day and they have quite literally NEVER called me back. I drove all the way to Irving todqy to schedule my appointment in person and they close at 3 I arrived at 2 and their does were already locked. Overall very unprofessional.”
