“I just started treatment at APHCV and I can already confirm that the negative reviews are true. Doctor I met with last week dismissed any of my concerns of symptoms right away before I could really finish what I was trying to say sent me home with 3 prescriptions which are doing nothing for me. However the main reason I switched over to this PCP was to see a gyneocologist which was 2 months ago. I was told I would need to do bloodwork and tests before seeing them which I have. I was told my results would take a week but its been over 2 weeks now and no word from anybody. This place doesnt follow up. If this continues I will be switching my PCP again. The care and service here is not good.”

“They dont care about their patients. Never get diagnosed properly. Been dealing with an issue almost a year and all they do is switch medication and do 0 testing. They want you to keep coming back so they make money even if that means make their patients suffering prolonged.”

“I have called three days in a row, but I could not get a Bengali interpreter. If it cannot provide Bengali interpreters, this option should not be listed or offered. It causes a lot of frustration and confusion for members like us who really need language support. Please take this feedback seriously and make sure interpreter services are available when requested.”
