“I went there today for the first time. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. She was able to answer all of my questions on filling out my paper work. They called me right away. The staff was super friendly and very professional. They took their time to ask all of the medical questions and I felt they really cared about my health concerns. They were able to refer me to different health specialist right away. I already made my appointments. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. “I normally do not write reviews but I feel if you’re with tricare, stay far from this place. I don’t understand how this place is readily available to be picked as a PCM yet they have no idea how to see patients with tricare. I was steered away and told to change my PCM from the front desk themselves and was told what I needed could not be done there. All I needed was a physical with a series of yes or no questions at which the doctor will determine after if I’m basically healthy. I didn’t speak with the doctor at all. This was all from the front desk and she honestly didn’t seem like she wanted to help me at all. Never have I been more frustrated. I ended up going to another doctor not too far and got in n out of there in less than 30 minutes for the physical I needed. Absolutely ridiculous”

“This Clinic has the worst service ever! My experience as a patient has been so frustrating dealing with the unprofessional office staff while trying to take care of my health concerns. The person in charge of setting up referral appointments, lacks empathy and does not own up to her mistakes. The amount of time that I had to wait to get my medical results is a JOKE! I called constantly for two weeks and the office staff kept saying that their fax machine was backed up . It is also impossible to get in contact with the Doctor. I've never received a follow up call from her. I was unable to schedule my appointment to see a specialist due to being forwarded to voicemail constantly . WORST experience ever! I'm so disappointed.”
