“I came in for something minor but was given a tetanus shot instead. They also recommended I do an EKG while I was there. The assistant made me take off my clothes in a room while she was in there. No cover up, then she had forgotten something and had to leave the room to get it. She left the door open while I was undressed. I've never felt so violated. The other technician also announced my test results in front of everyone who had ears to hear. It was highly unprofessional and probably illegal.”

“Basically this comment. “Awful, slow, no empathy, careless, disgraceful.” Most of the higher-ups act like they don’t even want to be there—just doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. Management clearly doesn’t care either; everything is either “above their pay grade” or “not worth the effort.” Even if they were paid more, it wouldn’t make a difference—there’s no motivation, no empathy, and no pride in what they do. Experiences of these so called doctors got their license from a cereal box. This was their so call diagnosis, of a psychiatric patient that makes no sense. My sister who’s in schizophrenia pychosis went in for a 5150 and they say It’s not psychological, it’s behavioral. They want to kick her to the curb at 3AM in the morning after a 4 hour hold. Non stop calls to pick her up every 5 minutes.”

“Not very organized and friendly staff. Front Desk staff were rude & not polite. Need improvements, I asked to speak to the manager and I got hung up twice. 😡 The doctor my husband sees was nice, only him and his assistant Christine or Christina were the only ones that were not rude and professional.”

“Rude staff and doctors. It also took 25 mins to make a MRI appointment because the front desk is so slow. They also waste a lot of paper printing out the same information.”
