I had a very positive experience with the Radiology department at Dallas Medical Center. I initially found them through MDsave because of their affordable pricing, but what stood out is that this is a full-service hospital setting—not just a standalone imaging center. That gave me much more confidence in the quality of care. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Scheduling, check-in, and the scan itself were all smooth and professional. What impressed me most was the follow-up. I needed some additional clarification in my report, and both the staff and radiologists responded quickly by issuing an addendum in a timely manner. That level of responsiveness is especially important when you’re paying out of pocket rather than going through insurance. Overall, a great combination of affordability, professionalism, and quality care. I would definitely recommend their radiology services.

Brought my dad down to Dallas from North Dakota for a latest technology Tulsa Procedure. I have spent alot of time in hospitals and have never experienced such amazing concierge type service before. From check in, to radiology, to the procedure we were cared for each step of the way. Your staff is amazing.

Where to start....first I felt very rushed. I explained to the Anesthesiologist I was hard to knock out and keep down. He said he had this....he didn't. I woke up and he told me go back to sleep. It took a few seconds and the pain hit and I screamed. He said " I told you to go back to sleep." I also bit through my tongue because he used the wrong size bite block so he said to my family. He never came to talk to me at all. That was fun. I had major spinal surgery from top to bottom. Then I screamed for over an hour while my family had to hear me as they could not get the pain pump to work. They went through 3. It was by far the worst experience. The nurses were amazing and the only saving grace most of all when I had to pay 5k out of pocket for pure hell. If I could leave less stars.... I would.

Don't go here for emergency care. Even if you're crying in pain, you will first need to do a full front desk intake before they will even see you. They are obviously short staffed and do not see the patient priority. Staff was rude and inconsiderate of the pain the patient is in. If you could go ANYWHERE else please do so. I had to get in and out of the wheelchair and bed with no help from any of the nurses. The rude lady doing the intake pretty much told us if we didn't like it we could go somewhere else. When we were waiting to get dispatched another person was brought by ambulance, we could hear the way the staff were talking to them and its just unbelievable how much the staff lacks sympathy for patients in pain. In the end they never came back to discharge us. Worst experience I've ever had at an emergency room.
