“The entire experience was such a nightmare! I called to find out if they took my insurance, a 3rd party operator took my info & I got a call back a few days later. Within that time, I got the call from their office, but the caller I.D. says it's from a dental clinic. The young blonde office person mentioned that they're able to take my insurance and I was able to come in to see the Dr., so I scheduled to see him. Moving forward to the day of, I couldn't locate the building because the number of the building was blocked by cars parked in front, so I called for an actual location or some landmark. It was a challenge getting that part of the information, which took nearly 10 minutes until I found the building! Then after I got the treatment, scheduled for another treatment, and the young lady at front receptionist was SO unprofessional! First, she wasn't informative about the insurance situation, then according to the Dr., she was going to be late for work, because of some excuse about the road, then she entirely misspelled my name to the insurance, AND she LATER made more mistakes by calling me after I have left, saying that my insurance doesn't cover the treatment & I have to pay for the service, but I have to come by that second because she's entitled having to leave no later than 1 PM!! She demanded that I pay $150 for the treatment & HER error, while she's "sorry" for the mistake she's made, and yet I am responsible for her own mistakes, because she thought that my insurance covers the treatment. She had DAYS to check on the coverage, only to find out I was lied to. Almost like a "switch bait" trick. Very disappointed!”
