I just want to say thank you to Tae for how professional and kind she was today. We were definitely frustrated because we confirmed my mom’s appointment this morning around 9:15 AM, drove all the way from Columbus, checked in, and then were told at 3:10 that the appointment had supposedly been rescheduled. So at that point we were hot and confused trying to understand what happened. Even with all of that, Tae still handled us with patience, professionalism, and care. She didn’t dismiss our frustration and really tried to help find a solution. We truly appreciated her getting someone else to see my mom and even helping with a parking voucher for the inconvenience. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Tae genuinely made a stressful situation better. Please let her know we appreciated her. Appointment at Medical Office Tower. I’m writing this review to recognize the amazing care teams I had at EUHM and to bring ease to a mom who may be a bit nervous to give birth at this hospital because of things they may have heard online. I gave birth in March of 2026 at EUHM and from the moment I arrived at L&D I was well taken care of. The triage team, L&D nurses, mother/baby nurses, lactation consultants, and pediatricians made my experience so memorable. They took great care of me and baby from beginning to end. I chose to deliver unmedicated and had some minor post birth concerns. The doctors and nurses listened to my concerns and checked in regularly to ensure I was healing appropriately. I never felt unsafe in the care of EUHM and that’s important as a woman of color in Atlanta. My one word of advice is to not be afraid to advocate for yourself. Know your birth plan and ensure your doctor is aligned. However, your baby does not read the birth plan so make sure you trust your provider to pivot when necessary. I want to give a special recognition to one of my amazing L&D nurses (Jordan) and my doctor (Dr.Eaton). The whole care team was special, but these 2 left a lasting impression on both me and my husband. I would recommend a friend to deliver here and would do it all over again. Thank you EUHM.

I want to share the positive experience I had at Emory Hospital Midtown over the weekend. The staff was amazing—professional, courteous, and truly comforting from start to finish. I was diagnosed with diabetes, and they made sure I understood that it wasn’t a life-ending diagnosis. They kept me calm, informed, and reassured throughout the entire process. The hospital was spotless, and parking was easy with plenty of available spaces. Special shoutout to Jaelin, Amanda, Jennifer, and Glenn for their exceptional care. Unit 71 is absolutely top-notch—professional, compassionate, and one of the best teams I’ve ever encountered. Under the circumstances, this was honestly one of the best emergency room visits I’ve had in my entire life. They truly did an incredible job.

My experience at this hospital was totally amazing. I came in for sickle cell crisis, and the doctor was so so nice and he took care of my pain. The nurses were amazing. My doctor name was Dr. Ross. He listened to me. He understood me and he took care of everything to make me feel comfortable and my nurse my dhea and a charged nurse Miss Randy did my ultrasound IV. She was totally amazing. Both of them are immaculate and perfect person. At least my experience here was amazing and it’s probably one of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to in Atlanta very way better than Gwinnett cause Gwinnett was horrible. Thank you.
