“I really, really, really wanted to call this place my new primary care facility, but was left with two disappointing experiences. First and foremost, the staff at the front desk was always exceptionally helpful and kind. It was such a welcomed relief! During my first appointment, however, I was accidentally left waiting in my room for 45 minutes after the appointment was over. Someone was supposed to come and get me to show me where to get my blood drawn, but I was forgotten until the door was opened randomly (to be cleaned, I suppose?) and I surprised the person as I was still there. Fine, whatever. Mistakes happen, and I make them, too! I was advised to get an ultrasound on my thyroid during my annual physical and I was super happy that it was suggested! My annual exam felt complete and it felt good knowing I could potentially stop something bad before I noticed any problems myself. I scheduled an appointment for two days later. Although I was promised my doctor would go over the results with me, I've never been contacted about my bloodwork nor the ultrasound and it's been exactly one month. I had to call and get an answer about the ultrasound, although I was initially told that the doctor was on vacation for another week. When someone tells you your thyroid is abnormal, waiting for several extra weeks is a tough ask and no patient should ever be told to wait since another physician wasn't allowed to give me my results. After some disagreeing, the person on the phone came back off hold and said there was nothing wrong with my thyroid. No one has discussed my bloodwork results and I have a printout as I requested the results for myself. I don't work in the medical field, but it seems that I have to advocate for myself, just to get *results* of a test. Grateful to have Google to help with this all. Was everyone super friendly? Absolutely. But if you're looking for answers to the test they perform, perhaps this isn't the best place for you. I shouldn't have to fight for this basic level of care and attention. This was just too many mistakes in only two visits, especially when my life is potentially in their hands.”

“I’ve been coming to this practice since I was a child, so over 20 years now! Dr. Fu is always caring and attentive to my medical concerns and questions, as well as the staff I see each time. Hoang, at the check in, greets me each time or takes my calls with a warm welcome, which is very important to me especially if I am coming in with something I’ve been worried about. Anytime I get blood drawn, the phlebotomist always gets it the first time. I have small and also moving veins and have had horrible experiences where I have to get stuck multiple times. Never at this practice! The entire staff I’ve engaged with over the years are consistent and well trained. I will always come here and would recommend anyone looking for a new practice to also come!”

“Many of the doctors at this clinic are interns! They prescribed the wrong medication! Their lack of experience caused my family member's condition to worsen! The receptionist at the front desk was also very rude afterwards! I do not recommend this clinic!”

She is kind, attentive, super efficient. Anytime I need her, she quickly fits me in to address my concerns, which is super comforting. Knowing that she actually cares and always goes above and beyond with her patients. She's always professional and knowledgeable, so I feel at ease and very confident after seeing her that my care plan is in good hands. The best part is that every provider here is just as awesome! The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing top-level care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional primary care services!”
