Garrett Kneese was polite and friendly, and the nursing staff were pleasant, though the physical I received and the tests orders didn't seem comprehensive, leaving me confused. The experience getting to that appointment, was yet more frustrating, though. Booking was confusing from the start: the online system showed availability that the scheduling staff said hadn't been released, with no guidance on when it would be. I was told to check back online, which I did, eventually securing an appointment months out. When a staff member called mere days before the appointment to tell me it was a 'new patient visit' rather than the annual physical I'd indicated, she suggested that the confusion could have been avoided had I booked by phone apparently unaware, or unconcerned, that a previous staff member had directed me to book online. There was no clarity on whether labs would be done or whether I should fast. I took the gamble and fasted. Labs were drawn, thankfully, though I was left with a nasty bruise for upwards of a week and no indication of what tests I was getting. I expected a comprehensive metabolic panel and only a lipid panel was done. After the appointment, Dr. Kneese recommended a follow-up within a couple of weeks. I was told at checkout that scheduling wasn't yet possible but that I'd hear from someone. I did not. Two MyChart messages over the course of two weeks went unanswered beyond an identical stock response. This included a message about abnormal lab results, which no one has addressed. Update: After asking via an email to patient care for follow-up to the unanswered messages, I received a bunch of messages at once, none that responded to an issue with a specialist referral. After the scheduling/administrative failures, I had so hoped that the appointment itself and follow-up would be smooth sailing, but no dice.

I have been a patient of Khalil Nader for 9 years. Thanks to him and the all team there, I feel better and healthy. Always good to talk and listen to him. Best primary care doc I’ve ever had!!

I've been a patient of this Primary Care for about 5 years now, and I have never written a review until my spectacular visit today. Whenever I walked in, I was well greeted by the front desk staff. They checked me in efficiently, and I waited less that 10 minutes to be seen. The next man that I saw look my weight and vital information and brought me back to the room while I waited for NP Khalil Nadar. He is an excellent doctor! I am a younger man, and the first time that I saw him a few years ago he sat me down and was extremely serious with me about monitoring and taking care of my blood pressure efficiently. Because of his dedication to me being as healthy as I can be, I took his advice seriously and I took the medication and monitored it per his directive. I was able to bring my blood pressure down to a normal/balanced level. And even when I stray away from his directives, it's as if every visit I've had with him stays with me as a wise guide on my shoulder about what I should do to stay healthy. At our visit today, I was just overjoyed to see him again because I hadn't seen him since leaving the country. I had some issues and concern and he addressed them with such warmth and genuine care. I feel so much better now that I have a course of action and steps I can take to feel so much healthier moving into 2025! The lady that took my blood was such a joy, and the entire process of this visit was extremely seamless, professional, and giving me such hope and strength for the best days ahead!!!!

Absolutely awful service. The online appointment system doesn't work, and when I called the phone number, I had to wait an hour to receive a callback. The doctor was available exactly one time within a two month period to do an annual physical, and they wouldn't let me book a physical with any other healthcare provider until I kept pushing for another 15 minutes. They also denied a prescription refill with no notice until I had scheduled a new appointment. The receptionist put me on hold several times and clearly had no interest in helping patients. I cannot wait to be on new insurance so I never have to deal with these people again.
