“When bringing my daughter to appointment for birth control she had been bleeding for 2 months. My daughter after the medicine was given Medroxyproges, teron 150 mg date was Feb 2026 . She has been pale and she has been to the doctors. When calling this establishment, I wanted to speak to the female doctor that was supposed to originally be there for my daughter's appointment and she was not there so we ended up getting DR Dang DO. First off he is not a good doctor and on top of that he told me to sue the company because I wanted to express my frustrations about my daughter being pale. I called for 2 weeks about my daughter, and no one responded until i finally came a month and half later. When I went in, I spoke with one the receptionists and she tried to explain, and I need an Expert not a receptionist. They made me another appointment to check lily and the second time coming there he just listened an did not help and told me and my daughter to go home and figure it out. I am making this complaint because I am scared for this to happen to another person who has a child who is autistic and not verbal. For this doctor to treat us like this, is alarming and I want to make sure that this is corrected. Today I am taking my daughter to Lakeview emergency center. My family, her teachers are worried she been out of school for a month and has been bleeding to where I need to check. If today I find out something is wrong, then I will do exactly that and get my lawyers to sue . Just like MR. Dang DO tell me other than being professional and actually helping my daughter lily n.”

“If I could give 100 stars I would! My family and I have been under Dr Thuy Do's care for over 13 years. I moved away and specifically looked for her once I came back. She is the most caring Doctor, she listens to your concerns and she tries to get to the root cause. She is the only Doctor that I have ever had, that I feel, treats you like family! She cares about her patients, she cares about our well being, and most of all, she is very very knowledgeable. If she feels a specialist needs to be involved, she will happily refer you. The front desk staff is always nice, and Amy is amazing. She is so thorough and really goes to bat for you when having to deal with insurance companies. I highly recommend this clinic for your whole family. They care about you as a person, they are prompt with their services and always welcoming.”

“I don't know why someone reviewed bad, but for me this one is good, they treated me and my family very well and respected. Good point is they're siblings, that's mean you alway have any doctor in charge, you don't worry the clinic closes for doctor's vacations..... One more, the clinic is good connection with Sy pharmacy, when doctor send any prescription, you can get your medicines right away next door.....5 stars for sure.”
