She was loudly arguing and practically yelling at the front desk staff right in front of patients, which made the entire environment uncomfortable and chaotic. It’s shocking to see someone act that way in a professional setting, especially around patients. The front desk staff, however, were very kind and handled the situation much more professionally than she did.”
