All Dr's and staff are not the same, so I am very grateful for them. I can't live without thyroid. I have quality of life because of them. “The office is a mess! One of my medication on the prescription was wrong I called 9 times, everytime they said we corrected it but pharmacy was saying they approved the same medication. Also for billing department, They did not call me after 4 months of insurance rejection so I did not find out since next visit. In the next visist they gave me the bill!! In the visit I would say Dr Kim was not even listening to what I say. Also made a mistake in prescription. I would say he could not care less!! Probably they do not even care about their patients or their opinion. When I wanted to talk to the manager they said manager is 10 miles away if you want you can go!! Thats so unfortunate to put this comment but I think people should know the truth. At least do not expect to be treated well. I know you might still have no choices… Good luck”

“New patient and it was a very good experience. Scheduling was a breeze. The staff was polite and professional. Dr. Kim made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this practice.”
