“I cannot thank Elora Azmi Dola enough for all the help and support she gave me. From the very beginning, she treated my situation as if it were her own and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I was feeling overwhelmed and truly needed guidance, and Elora was there every step of the way with kindness, patience, and genuine care. What touched me the most was how much she sincerely cared about helping me. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel supported during a time when I really needed it. Her compassion and dedication made a huge difference in my experience. I will never forget her kindness and the way she helped me when I needed it most. People like Elora are rare, and I am incredibly grateful to have met her. Thank you, Elora, for everything you have done for me. You made a lasting impact on my life, and I will always remember your support. ❤️ Highly recommend working with Elora. She is truly amazing. Will miss you ❤️”

“Been a patient here for prob 6 or 7 years and while they used to be great unfortunately the care I am receiving has gone downhill. I will say that NP Mimi has been great, listens to patients and has been really helpful but everyone else it seems does not give a damn about patient care and are too busy to help. They have a text line that was great for quick inquiries yet for some reason now they stop communicating and will not respond for over a week, I had to switch to phonecall. You will sit on hold and eventually forced to leave message after 15 min. Voicemail is not returned and you will sit on hold trying to speak to someone for way too long. Maybe they are too big now and have too many patients to properly care for the ones they have. I was just on the phone with someone there who completely stopped talking and wouldn't respond at all when I vented these same frustrations..she literally just ignored everything I said and finally I had to end the call because she wasn't saying anything. So now I'm off meds for a week in pain and my mental health is all over the place. Time to search for a new primary care as this office is not professional and does not care about patients wellbeing.”
