“Upon arrival I was a bit intimidated by the amount of people in the waiting room. However within 15 minutes I was triaged, then I had to give a urine sample. As soon as I was in the restroom they called me for labs and let me know that ultrasound would be down to get me in a little while. I had everything done before being called back into a room. The wait was a bit long for a room but that's to be expected for so many people in the ER. There system was efficient and I was taken really good care of. My health was a priority and it was nice to be heard. We will make the 1.5 hour drive to this hospital again if need be.”
