“If you can go ANYWHERE else...please do. The staff in the pain management clinic at 9430 Katy fwy, are beyond unprofessional and unproductive! They DO NOT CARE if you are seen or if your medical needs are addressed. I wish people with their attitude and outlook did not work in Healthcare. The Healthcare system is already hard enough to navigate but they make it 10 times worse.”

“I have had 4 visits with Meridian Hospital. Each time has been wonderful. I have always been treated with respect and dignity, and made as comfortable as they could make me. From the calls to schedule my appointments, to checking in, being taken to my room and all of the staff keeping me updated and ensuring my procedures go smoothly and efficiently as well as the doctors coming in, going over everything they will be doing, the involvement of the staff is just wonderful. I have not had a bad visit. The hospital is clean, smells nice (as nice as any hospital can, let's say smells clean) and the scheduling keeps it from being packed with too many people. It has always been quiet and a peaceful environment when I've gone. I love the communication i get from here. The scheduling, my time here and the follow-up calls after. Anytime I have a question they take care of it immediately. I drive 2 hours to get here, so I usually try to get scheduled as early as I can because we stay the night before and come for my procedures. Makes it a lot easier. They are very good at accommodating the times. I recommend Meridian Hospital. These are my experiences and I hope if I continue to have these visits, it will be here and the level of care I have seen remains.
