“Two appointments in one day; neurosurgeon office employees mostly did a good job but there were no updates on a dr. note and the leave and disability paperwork even though I had asked multiple times. We were sent to the E.R. department for another important issue and while we completely understand their priorities we spent several hours there. An employee did a EKG process on my sibling and then we went to sit and wait again. The employee that tried to get some bloodwork poked my sibling twice and still couldn't get anything. We went back out to sit and then another employee did a checkup on my sibling and she came back to sit and wait again. Finally, we followed an employee down the hall to some private rooms. The employee that helped us was consistent in coming back and forth to assist us and finally did get the bloodwork within one try. We waited hours for the doctor to come by with the prescription and to talk to us but still nothing. I had inquired about the paperwork process once again for my sibling and the employee that came and updated my siblings personal information said he would have case management come down and followup with us but nothing happened. Finally, the consistent employee got an authorized release form for our prescription needs and let us go. Why didn't we get the release form earlier instead of waiting for the doctor for so long? Also, I had to go back to the office of suite 402 to get the proper dr. note because E.R. only gave us a note for a few days when my sibling was recommended 6 weeks away from work. In summary, we understand how busy the hospitals can be but there was a lot of back and forth and lack of followup on their end throughout today. Big thanks to the employees that were consistently assisting us throughout the day though.”

“My daughter was hospitalized for several days in a Labor & Delivery room at Braselton. Unfortunately she lost her baby but EVERY person we had contact with during that time exhibited compassion and comforted my daughter and son in law when the baby did not survive. The Bereavement team Jessi and Karen were AMAZING. I was thoroughly impressed. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“I brought my daughter in last Saturday(1/31) night and was seen by Dr Ariel. I always have a good experience at this location, but this time, it was excellent. The level of care and concern my daughter received from Dr Ariel and the staff(Stephanie, Lauren, Justin) was out of this world. I was told that Dr Ariel was new, but I couldn't tell. She was a natural and took great care of my baby. Thanks Doc for all you do. Continue to make a difference. You Rock!”

“I want to leave an important review about this hospital because it’s not about what they did wrong but it’s about the lengths they went to to correct what they did wrong and make it right. I am more than a month out of my stay in the ER and the ICU. My concerns are still being honored and addressed, and rightfully so. Without going into details, I feel we need to give credit when a large institution hears the voice of a single person and uses it to better their organization. For that reason, I would not hesitate to recommend this organization. I had three very serious issues and they addressed each one to my satisfaction. I set a high bar with Customer-Service and they leaped over it.”
