My health is the most important thing in my life, and I trust the doctor's and the staff members at Parkland Hospital. If I could preach on these people here, and how they have cared for and treated me I would. They care about your health, and if something is wrong with you - they have the best specialists in the world to get you feeling better! 💯 I love Parkland Hospital!!!

I recently visited Parkland Health and was genuinely impressed by the level of care I received. The staff were attentive, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my entire visit. Wait times were reasonable given how busy the hospital was. I would not hesitate to return or recommend Parkland to friends and family in the Dallas area.

If you are in pain this is not the hospital to come to. I came here in so much and at triage the pa asked no question I waited for 5 hours in pain with no medication. When I got to the room finally the doctor said that the pain will go away on its own. I asked if I could get some meds as the pain was unbearable she then offered meds and testing. After doing labs and getting the medication I felt no relief and I was feeling nauseous I was still in some much pain but because the doctor was leaving she had to discharge me. I have been unable to eat for the past 3 days and they could care less . All they wanted was to me leave with a pain level at 10 because the incoming physician did not want overnight patients. The nurse brought discharge paperwork and I informed that they never came to check up on me after I still felt a lot of pain she said “if you don’t leave we are calling officers because you can deal with it at home” she then leaves and shoves the door and the provider comes in from they day shift and he said even if you are in pain I have to send you home ?? Excuse me I have not been able to eat or drink since Saturday and I feel nauseous how can I drive home like this ? He did not care and called the officers keep in mind with an IV still in and no nausea medication. I will never be back here the PA pictures was laughing with the nurse because I was in pain. This provider should not practice medicine and the nurse should be nurses. I will never come back.
