“After years of being shuffled between doctors, this was the first place where I truly felt seen and heard. Even though it’s out of network and a long drive for me, the quality of care is absolutely worth it. The staff was kind, considerate, and never made me feel rushed. Front desk, nurse and Dr. Pham! “I have never been to this practice. They keep calling blaming my family member for claiming this is their PCP. The person who I spoke to is rude and tried to come up with several excuses. So I would not even waste time with a medical practice with so much rudeness. If the receptionist is that rude, the medical professional--doctor is probably just as rude. They need to quit calling people and saying the person has put them as their PCP. Everyone has their own right to who they choose as their PCP.”
