“Omg I would recommend this hospital 10 out of 10. To all the nurses physicians personal care assistants and the 6th floor staff I would personally like to thank you all for THE BEST EXPERIENCE I ever had in an hospital!! I was extremely nervous coming in and although I am still currently inpatient I Know without a doubt I am leaving a better person physically mentally and emotionally!! You all most definitely went beyond my expectations for treatment comfortability cleanliness and care! I can’t thank you all enough I hope that you all know that my life has been changed with this experience. I’ve realized that hospitals aren’t soo scary after all and their are a group of people right here at River Oaks hospital and clinics that are extremely passionate about the care they provide during my stay I pray many blessings to you all And Thanks again I could never forget my stay here”

“Ricardo was extremely nice and friendly and professional . As soon as I came in with my wheelchair and he helped me by moving the chairs out so my wheelchair could fit in the check in area. He also got up several times around to me so I don’t have to go up to him. He filled out my paperwork for me because I can’t due nerve manage on my hand. Vanessa in PAT was very friendly, personable and helpful. When she did my lab work I didn’t feel the needle she put in. She helped me locating a few items on Amazon to prepare me for my surgery. Frank the nurse assistant was very attentive and he anticipated my needs that I didn’t have to ask for anything. He found out my family had not ate anything because they had been waiting a while until my surgery was over. He was kind to provide snacks and helped my mother adjust the tv. He went beyond and above. Everyone did small kind gestures, small talk, friendly smiles that seemed genuine that made me feel welcomed. You can tell everyone is happy to be here. Thank You!”

“Wonderful stay! Miss April was such a joy to be around, very accommodating with visitors and went above and beyond to get the Roku/Tv working. Islan was amazing, also very accommodating to visitors and went above and beyond to find us a sandwich :D Geena was very nice and helpful during our stay, changing the bed sheets and getting water/ snacks whatever is needed.. Even came by just to say hi during our 5 day stay. Yasmin was a delight, same as everyone she was accommodating and helpful with tv issues, water refills and any other needs we may have had. From the kitchen staff, to the nurses, to the housekeeping, I couldn’t have been more comfortable at this location. Keep up the good hospitality! More like a hotel is right.”

From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine kindness that instantly made me feel at ease. Yasmin has that rare combination of professionalism and empathy. She manages to handle every question and request with such patience and grace. I had come in with my family member who needed assistance and she made me feel so taken care of. She goes above and beyond for every patient, whether it’s helping with check-in, scheduling, or just offering a reassuring word during a stressful day. It’s clear she truly cares about the people who walk through those doors. The front desk sets the tone for any clinic experience, and thanks to Yasmin, mine was exceptional. If every medical facility had a Yasmin at the front desk, visiting the doctor would feel a whole lot easier. She’s truly a gem and a huge asset to the River Oaks team!”
