“After 2 years of looking for a Dentist that would take my insurance, finally found the right place. By far this place was the best I encountered. I have a Severe Brain Injury and 90% of the time I don't understand what people are trying to explain. Is even worse when i have to filled forms. Many times I wish that I can give them my insurance card, id, asked me the questions and i tell you the answers. After 30 minutes that i finished the paperwork, i only waited 5 minutes and i was in. Right away X-rays. Maria was pretty nice. I like how she treated me and explained what she was going to do before she did the X-rays. I like that. The Doctor later came in, I explained my situation with my teeth, she examine, she explained in details what she could do and asked about if I needed medication prior to be treated? I said yes. That is a extremely important because I don't want to get a bacterial infection that could affect my knee replacement. Later, the other nice receptionist came with a breakdown of the work that the doctor was going tò summit to my insurance, how much it was going to cost me and how much the insurance was going to cover. Overall this place was better, more pleasant, more understanding, more professional. I visited in 2 years anout 30 places and all of those they just care about how much money they can get instead of explaining why they didn't take certain insurance or just be more polite intead of being dismissal. I recommend this place for those people who want to be treated with respect!”

Not tobe left out is the front desk person that attended to me from the first day. She is super nice and smart using all available resources to keep you glued to smiley. Says she's going to send in some prescription a day late late Kim. The call girl was a very non helpful. But great at hiding everyone's name, entitle”
