“We came to this clinic for a few travel vaccines and ended up spending several hours there.. far longer than expected. The visit started off poorly when the doctor asked us what we wanted instead of providing clear guidance. There were multiple long waits: for the doctor to arrive, for the brief “consultation,” for him to share his “recommendations” (which, surprisingly, appeared to come from ChatGPT), and for the staff to prepare the vaccines. Before receiving the shots, we noticed that one of the vaccines presented was actually the wrong one - we caught the mistake ourselves by reading the label. After we pointed it out, they corrected it, but it was extremely concerning. We later saw another travel doctor for a second opinion, who mentioned this provider has a reputation for recommending the wrong medications. The front desk staff was also rude and moved at a painfully slow pace. Overall, this visit felt unprofessional, unsafe, and disorganized. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for travel vaccines or medical advice.”

“Had a need for a Doctor while in SF. Spoke to secretary and arranged an appointment time. Arrived early - Waited. No sign of the Doctor. 15 minutes later, no sign. Secretary bustles around evasively. Finally get told there’s been an emergency and Doctor may be in approx 90 minutes. Total waste of time and disrupted the day. Don’t mislead people and let them down when they need medical help”
