My husband and I wish to express the greatest appreciation to UCSF Medical Center members!!! They completed incredible work saving my husband' life!!! The Medical Center has modern equipment and advanced methods for patients' treatment. These methods jumped even over science fiction! The 21 st century neurological procedures allow to restore the functions of human brains!!! I was impressed by professionalism, kindness, and compassion of the Medical Center team members!!! Special thanks to Dr. Moreno, Dr. Ullal; Nurses Hannah, Kristin, and Michelle!!! These members of the team have such professional qualities as deep professional knowledge, ability to persuade patients, multicultural awareness, and the highest level of communication skills!!! Dear members of the UCSF Medical Center, thank you for completion the important mission: saving lives of people!!!

Pioneering treatments and technology in a compassionate setting. Notable for neurology, transplantation, and women's health. The Mission Bay hospital feels more like a luxury hotel, designed for patient and family comfort. Staff are collaborative and explain complex information clearly. Parking is challenging; use shuttles.

Worst doctors and nurses. Doctor comes only once day. Nurses don't know anything when you ask questions. Will be ringing bell to use restroom. They won't answer for an hour. Lunch and dinner tray sitting in room for over 2 hours. Now I know why they sid even know that someone was dead on stairs for weeks . Because nurses don't even check on patients

If you can go to an other emergency room go there. My grandma fell and hit her head on the edge of a table, with a 8cm lacerations and alot of blood lost. We requested to the ambulance to bring us to kaiser but they brought us here. Right of the bat the waiting is overfilled and people sitting in the hallways and even in areas going to the bathroom. Hour 1 just to do paper Hour 2 no update Hour 3 does xray Hour 4 ekg Hour 5 no update Hour 6 told there is not eta for getting stitches or for the ct Hour 7 still no update Hour 8 asked for a doctor note for work, was told they need to hold off cause they need to see my grandma first. Long story short, no compassion, no update, no care for the patiences or their families.
