Truly a nest of vipers. I was stuck in there with dangerous people, there were multiple fights and times where patients had to be sedated for fighting staff members (rightfully so, because they were horrible people), and the entire process would've been infinitely better for me if the entire Harris Center system hadn't been so hostile to me. There was very little offered to keep us occupied, and they also used A.I. on some of the commercials and programs on the TV to keep patients confused, which I very much did not appreciate. They also listen in on all phone calls, and will cut the line at any time if they don't like what you're talking about.

Currently on the phone with them for a mental health emergency with my sister and I've been transferred twice within the first two minutes and then left on hold for over 20 min. I'd rather you say you just can't help than leave me on hold like this for 20min with no answer. That's precious time I could have spent calling someone who actually could help. Make that 40 min and then I called on another line and they said they couldn't help so why leave me on hold for 40 min losing precious time to help my sister. Utter bs. I would have been fine with you telling me you can't help just like everyone else. But you lied and then left me on hold for 40 min with no intention of answering. Morally corrupt in my experience
